With over 30 years of excellent customer service and tourism experience, Errol Cox has created a growing tour guide business in Jamaica. It all started with one van and has grown to a large fleet of custom vans, buses and private sedans. With his constant growth and high reputation, he has been able to establish long-term contracts with the best resorts, hotels and restaurants in Jamaica.
All Errol Flynn Tours guides and drivers are fully certified and licensed by the Jamaican Tourist Board (JTB), and all vehicles are fully inspected and licensed by the Jamaican Department of Motor Vehicle. We operate only the newest and nicest vehicles. You will love the comfort!
Mr. Errol Cox is the owner and President of Errol Flynn Tours. Mr. Cox was born and raised in Jamaica on the outskirts of Negril. Upon completion of school, Mr. Cox worked for 3 years in the Restaurant Industry, although his heart’s desire since childhood was to enter Tourism. That became a reality when in 1983, Mr. Cox purchased a car and started a Taxi Service for visitors to the island. In 1984, Mr. Cox became employed by a well-known tour company where he remained for a year touring guests island-wide. Mr. Cox decided to take the knowledge and experience he gained and branch out and start his own full-service tour company.
In 1985, he was able to secure a bank loan which enabled him to purchase his first tour bus and establish Errol Flynn Tours. Errol Flynn Tours operated initially from small Negril hotels and the airports. As the company grew, so did its clientele. Eventually in 1988, Mr. Cox and Errol Flynn Tours were contracted by the World Famous Rick’s Cafe owners to transfer guests between hotels and the restaurant, and do airport shuttles for hotel guests and restaurant employees.
Time, excellent service, guest recommendations and additional bank loans have helped Errol Flynn Tours to grow into a well-known and respected company. Errol Flynn Tours has obtained additional buses, excellent staff members and additional business contracts enabling them to now service all hotels island-wide.
